Scrum Master

Job Description:

• Effectively lead and facilitating scrum and scaled agile ceremonies for multiple scrum teams and deliver on our Development Backlog
• Coordinate/manage dependencies and help remove impediments.
• Ensuring all work is tracked in the backlog for both PI and sprint planning - accurately tracks/balances work across team members.
• Leading and coordinating logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices, e.g., backlog maintenance, DoR/DoD, sprint planning, daily scrum, and retrospectives.
• Bachelor in relevant technical field.  M.S. degree preferred.
• Previous hands-on software development experience is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a scrum master role or similar role.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, Azure DevOps.
