The successful candidate will be part of the Information Technology Division, Revenue Generation & Customer Experience Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse user stories or features to identify technical impact and gaps, for initiative implementation.
- Propose technical solution to support the initiative delivery.
- Good technical knowledge of Campaign Management Tool, setup and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Product owner to implement and prioritize key initiatives and features and to facilitate key agile ceremonies and methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban including Sprint planning and review.
- Liaise with product developers for implementation of enhancements and track prompt resolution of system issues.
- Track and report initiative status to project steering committees.
- Monitor the product roadmap for periodic upgrades.
- Assist the business in the budgetary sizing of their IT plans.
- Track and identify feasible applications, key technology trends and technologies for awareness, and potential adoption by the business.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- Certified Scrum Master.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Expertise in digital marketing and Campaign Management product is preferred.
- Experience with customer identity management.
- Practical experience in website or mobile app related technologies and software development is preferred.
- Strong analytical, project management, communications and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in software development methodologies such as Agile and SDLC, as well as digital development platforms, tools and deployment technologies.
