Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Leading execution of work delivery teams, with focus on CI, cycle time reduction maximizing value, identifying dependencies.
• Leading Sprint & Release/PI ceremonies (ex: Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Planning, Refinement, Retrospective).
• Facilitating program level ceremonies.
• Steward team's progress towards Sprint and Release goals.
• Identify and remove impediments/blockers.
• Communicate impediments impacting team deliverables with stakeholders and Program leadership.
• Establish and support team norms.
• Collaborate with other SMs & POs of related teams.
