Scrum Master with CMS

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must have:
  • 6+ years’ experience as Scrum Master
  • Experience in conducting Sprint Ceremonies, Velocity Tracking, Impediment resolution, Story Grooming, Vertical Slicing
  • Should be able to manage two scrum teams, each having ~9 team members.
  • Should be able to work with client product owners and business leadership.
• Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Content Management System such as Sitecore
  • Insurance domain
• Content management system is a must.
