Scrum Master with QA

Job Description:
·       Lead as a Scrum Master and contribute to Quality Assurance (QA) activities, ensuring agile methodologies are integrated with QA principles.
·       Facilitate all SAFe® Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, and ensure adherence to Scrum theory and guidelines.
·       Guide teams to high performance by identifying strengths and areas for improvement, fostering self-organization and cross-functional skill sets.
·       Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting decision-making and managing dependencies to meet PI goals.
·       Oversee the integration of QA processes, including test planning, automation, and performance testing, into the product development lifecycle.
·       Contribute to test case design, execution, and defect prioritization, ensuring high standards of software quality through manual and automated testing.
·       Write and debug automated scripts, use SQL for data verification, and collaborate with QA teams on code validation.
·       Contribute to the advancement of Agile practices within the organization, normalizing estimates, and supporting team and ART in estimating larger features.
·       Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, advanced knowledge of test automation using Selenium/Java/TestNG/Cucumber/Gherkin, and experience with Atlassian tools.
·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and hands-on QA involvement; Scrum Master certification preferred.
