Role: SDET Engineer 

Loc: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Test Lead SDET resource with Java development experience

· Test automation extensive hands-on experience using BDD with framework like Cucumber and QMetry

· UI test automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java

· Full stack application development experience using Java

· API level testing using Rest Assured

· Service Virtualization

· Exposure to Applitools, JIRA integration (plug-ins like AssertThat BDD, Zephyr, X-ray), and Karate framework

· Hands on experience on Optimization and performance improvement

· Familiar with shift left testing using test triangle pyramid.

· Experience with some kind of scheduling and coverage reporting tool for test automation.

· Mortgage business domain knowledge will be good to have.

ü Minimum 10+ years of experience in building automated solutions to cover UI frontend, middle tier, and backend interfaces and services.

ü Strong hands-on developer with experience in large scale implementation on a large size application

ü Deliver a robust automation framework built upon established and proven open source or commercial tools (Web driver + Cucumber with Java, Appium, Sauce Labs and strong experience on Service layer testing) to support Agile/Scrum development, DevOps, and CI/CD

ü Design and architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy client requirements.

ü Provides automation expertise, training and coaching to team members.

ü Keep current with advances in automation methodologies and tools.

ü Experience with Jenkins or other continuous integration software.

ü Advocate the use of the automation infrastructure with development teams.

ü Experience with performance testing and analysis using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner

ü Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.

ü Support continuous improvement processes, analyzing problems and recommending actions for effective resolution.

ü Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
