Job Description

Responsibilities

• Understanding project requirements, designing Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test scenarios, Test case/scripts.
• Working on preparing Traceability Matrices, Reviews, walk-troughs and Testing Estimates.
• Expertise in MicroServices testing using Rest Template, Postman and SOAP UI.
• Analyzing test results & Reporting defects - Extensive experience in bug tracking tools like HP ALM QC, JIRA and Rally.
• Test Automation using Custom tool - BladeRunner which uses LISA Devtest internally.
• Working on multiple s/w testing methodologies -Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Smoke ,Adhoc testing, Regression, End to End Testing and Performance Testing.
• Defect triaging, debugging utilizing Splunk logging, working on providing RCA -Root Cause Analysis .
• Updating vUGen scripts & executing performance test cases by using loadrunner tool.
• Peformance Testing,Performance Monitoring and analysing the results - Response time, CPU Utilization , error rate & other metrics.
• Reviewing manual and automated test scenarios, test cases/scripts, test logs and defect reports.
• Attending daily scrum meetings. Onsite/Offshore co-ordination.
