Security Engineer

Job Description:

Education & Experience Required:

• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 8+ years’ experience required.

 Technical Skills

• 8+ years of overall cyber security
• Security expertise and hands-on experience with MS Azure and AWS (2+ years of experience)
• 3+ years exp documenting or designing large system architecture
• High-level communication skills – updating team members and stakeholders on a consistent basis.
• Cloud Security best practices (e.g. Cloud Security Alliance’ CCM – Cloud Controls Matrix)
• General cybersecurity expertise aligned to industry standards including, but not limited to; ISO27001/2 and NIST, Microsoft Visio.
• Please list all cyber security certifications to be taken into consideration

 Soft Skills

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Expert ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to document and communicate highly complex technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
