JOB DESCRIPTION:

o Operational knowledge of network hardware and software
o Strong troubleshooting skills and an aptitude to learn new things.
o Ability to analyze technical problems around product installation, configuration, integration
o Experience with Customer Support including working in a customer facing role
o Experience with MOP Development and testing of MOPs
o Experience with Software upgrade and deployment
o Experience with System integration
o Experience with System testing and debugging
o Experience configuring firewalls and load balancers
o Experience with installing operating system software, patches and upgrades for Linux/Unix systems
o Experience with installation, modification and maintenance of system and utility software on server computer systems
o Experience with analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of system hardware, software and networking issues
o Experience with configuration, optimization, fine-tuning and monitoring of operating system software and servers
o Experience performing system backup and restoration
o Experience analysing Requirement/user story for test case creation
o Experience with user interface, functional, integration, application interface (API), and end to end testing
o Experience with System testing and debugging
o Experience using the Defect tracking tool e.g. Jira (preferred), HP Quality Center or similar
