We are seeking a talented Siebel Developer with a strong background in the telecommunications industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Siebel CRM development, with a focus on telecom-specific functionalities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications tailored to the needs of the telecommunications industry.
Customize Siebel workflows, business rules, and UI elements to optimize system performance and user experience.
Implement Siebel integration solutions to connect with external systems such as billing platforms, order management systems, and provisioning systems.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions to minimize system downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Stay updated on Siebel CRM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development processes and deliver innovative solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development, with a focus on telecom projects.
Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and integration objects.
Strong understanding of telecom industry processes, such as order management, billing, and customer service.
Experience with Siebel Open UI is highly desirable.
Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration protocols (SOAP, REST).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
