Title: Senior ABAP/AVM Application Programmer

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term Contract

Position Description

 

  • Supports the addition of new risks and possibly modification of existing risks configured in AVM, based on changes to T-Codes, etc.
  • Develops and tests updates to AVM risks due to function ID changes
  • Supports deployment activities to move changes to through the landscape into production
  • May evaluate problems of workflow, organization, and planning, develop appropriate corrective actions and prepares and performs presentations at technical interchange meetings and project design reviews. Reports orally and in writing to the Program Manager, Project Manager, contractor management, and government representatives

     

Required Skills

 

  • 10 years of technical and strategic experience of increasing responsibility providing software engineering, planning, design, analysis, and developing complex software models and applications across multiple hardware and software platforms
  • 5 years of AVM and ABAP programming experience
  • Experience implementing Pathlock AVM software
  • Able to effectively employ contemporary project management tools and serve as team consultant
  • May supervise others

     

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise; an Associate’s Degree together with two (2) years of documented relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree.

 

  • Must be able to clear a DoD clearance

     

Preferred Skills

 

  • 5+ years SAP security user management
  • FISCAM, Cyber, and/or Cybersecurity Compliance experience
  • Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
  • Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills
