Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Account Managers in Talent Acquisition industry across UK & Europe region with a proven track record of successfully acquiring new client as well as managing existing clients in the recruitment and talent acquisition space. In this role, you will focus on bringing connected clients/logo/accounts, maintain strong relationships with them, look after delivery from the existing team to expand our footprint within those accounts. Job Responsibilities: 1. Connected clients/logo/accounts: • Acquire and onboard connected clients, logos, and accounts already associated within your network. • This role involves a strategic balance of nurturing and expanding current relationships, alongside proactive efforts to generate and onboard new clients. • Understand their evolving needs, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth. 2. New Client Acquisition (Recruitment and Talent Acquisition): • Scout for fresh business opportunities by seeking out new accounts. • Identify and acquire potential/connected clients/logos in the recruitment and talent acquisition space. • Collaborate with existing clients to refer and introduce potential new clients, proof of concepts (POCs), and logos. • Develop and execute effective strategies for onboarding new clients and business partnerships. • Lead presentations, pitches, and negotiations to secure new recruitment and talent acquisition accounts. 3. Client Relationship Management & Delivery (Recruitment and Talent Acquisition): • Cultivate strong client relationships through consistently delivering high-quality profiles and services. • Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients in the recruitment and talent acquisition domain. • Continuously gather and adapt to new client needs to ensure satisfaction. • Build and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders. 4. Client Retention: • Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction. • Implement retention strategies to foster long-term partnerships. 5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to both existing and new client accounts. • Provide regular reports to senior management on client performance, growth, and onboarding efforts. • Analyze data to derive insights and recommend improvements. Key Skills, Qualifications [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in account management, client acquisition, and business development. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts. • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends. • Strong business development and negotiation skills. • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
