Senior Accountant(Comp & Benifit)

Hello,

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and US GAAP, with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.
2. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
3. Maintain SOX compliance and control documentation.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Develop and implement process improvements and automation.
6. Provide technical guidance and support.

Requirements

- 7+ years of accounting experience.
- 3+ years of experience with US GAAP.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent desirable.
- Experience with SOX control documentation/execution.
- ERP system understanding (e.g., Oracle, Workday Financials).
- Familiarity with tools like Blackline, eGRC360, Tableau, Hyperion, Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification (CPA, CMA).
- Process improvement and automation experience.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
