Senior AEM Developer

Must-have Skills: Java, JavaScript, HTL, AEM, and OSGI bundles.
Minimum Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use.
• Serve as a technical expert in on development projects.
• Participate in the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design. This includes participation in daily SCRUM, technical discussions, and frequent collaboration with team members.
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. Investigating questions or clarifications where requirements are unclear.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality. Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
• Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.
• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Consult with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs.
• Conducts routine tasks as directed.
• Supervised with little latitude for independent judgment.
• Three or more years of AEM experience; strong understanding of HTL and Sling Model development
• Web application development experience including REST, Java, J2EE, Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX, JSON, HTML5, CSS3
• Hands-on experience in creating OSGI bundles, AEM template components, and workflows.
• Strong experience in using the following aspects of AEM Sling, Dialog Configuration, Authoring Environment, CRX DE, Package Manager, User Administration Area, Assets Area, OSGi consoles
• Good to have Front-end experience with HTML, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript, working experience with React
