  1. Senior Program Manager experience for more than 8 years mostly in financial services
  2. Having extensive experience in managing and leading Kanban teams
  3. Having extensive experience in Jira to generate different reports out of the same
  4. Having experience in working cross geographic multiple teams
  5. Having extensive experience in leading capacity management for the portfolio and highlighting risk in attending the deliverables to leadership team.
