Senior AI Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

You will be the lead architect designing and delivering solutions using new capabilities provided by Generative AI
Create detailed solution architecture and design models, including logical, process, development, physical, and scenario views.
Work closely with product managers to gather requirements and timelines.
Collaborate with software engineers to ensure the delivery of solutions that exceed product requirements.
Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Deliver solutions that are highly available, fault-tolerant, flexible, stable, self-healing, and globally redundant.
Apply excellent enterprise architecture skills to develop scalable and robust AI solutions
Experience managing an architecture or engineering team and have been
responsible for their professional and technical growth, and the solution delivery.
Experience:

10+ years' experience architecting and developing software and infrastructure solutions
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience with AI or Generative AI applications and solutions
Proven record of architecting and delivering enterprise grade solutions
Experience creating detailed architecture and design models
Experience being "hands-on" with technology, directly creating proof-of-concepts (POC's) and writing software
Experience as a Scrum Master and overseeing the planning and delivery of complex solution.
Skills:

Extensive knowledge of enterprise technologies and a proven track record of architecting and deploying robust, scalable, secure, and efficient solutions
Experience with Generative AI models, services, and solutions.
Experienced in creating model enterprise architecture and design models
Experience prototyping and developing solutions in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#
Experience clearly communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Extensive knowledge of AWS and Azure services and how to leverage the benefits of cloud services.
Beneficial Experience:

Relevant certifications in cloud architecture or AI technologies.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
