We’re seeking a Sr. Analyst/Manager, Medicare Value-Based Programs to join our Analytics team to support our Medicare Value-Based Care initiatives. This involves providing insight into the opportunities and threats governing one of the key growth areas of our Value-based care portfolio. This person will leverage high-end technological solutions (Programming, DB’s, analytic methods) to develop scalable reports, models and analyses, and presentations supporting company objectives.

 

Primary Job Duties:

 

Serve as Medicare FFS Analytics Subject Matter Expert in employing scalable t technological solutions to increase efficiency in both reporting and analytics to drive operational insight to our market

● Cultivate a thorough understanding of the key and evolving regulations underlying Medicare FFS

programs, particularly the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP)

● Provide actionable reports and analysis to support our Medicare Fee For Service (FFS) value-based care (VBC) programs

● Proactively assess business problems and leverage data to identify opportunities and make recommendations to drive the business

● Work with Analytics team members and leadership to help enable scalability and efficiency into key analytics processes

● Engage key stakeholders to intimately understand and support their needs in driving key business decisions in Medicare Value-Based care programs

● Work effectively within a matrix environment to help foster team growth and advancement: help junior analysts, setting team priorities

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

● Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, or related healthcare and/or analytics.

● 5+ years’ demonstrated work experience with a strong understanding of healthcare data and the ability to utilize contemporary languages such as SQL/Snowflake, and SAS to build analytical solutions

Ability to think critically, applying analytical frameworks to complex business problems to synthesize insights

● Ability to translate complex business problems to technical requirements and design solutions

● Experience with mentoring and providing direction to junior team members

● Ability to remain flexible and responsive in fluid situations with simultaneous projects and appropriately prioritize

● Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships in high-pressure, fast-moving matrixed environments and motivate others to action

● Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor the communication style to the audience, including analytics professionals, senior business leaders, physicians, and practice managers

● Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
