The Third-Party Governance Line of Business Delegate (TPG LOB Delegate) will support the Markets TPG Lead with all aspects of Third-Party Governance (TPG) and Vendor Management processes across Markets. This function will monitor and manage the onboarding and ongoing activities between Client Engagement Managers and all Third Parties. The Markets TPG LOB Lead and Delegate will collaborate with the line of business senior leadership and key stakeholders, internal subject matter experts, and external Third Parties to execute the Client TPG program key deliverables and strategic objectives. This role will be part of the broader Markets Business Management Team, which ultimately reports to the Markets Global COO.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist and participate in the day-to-day interactions/communications with key stakeholders, with a focus on supporting Markets TPG Lead and Engagement managers.
Support other senior business leaders who serve as Executive Sponsors for Markets key vendors.
Ensure TPG related training is completed by all appropriate employees, with a particular focus on Engagement Managers.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the vendor management space and Enterprise Sourcing Office (ESO).
Review and approval of Inherent Risk Profiles and Engagements (all items flowing through Archer).
Assess and validate Ongoing Monitoring activities, including Performance Scorecards and Exit Strategies, ensuring EM’s complete these activities within required deadlines.
Produce monthly reporting of key TPG metrics and reports, including Markets Active Engagement and TPG Issues Report.
Support new Engagement Manager and Executive Sponsor requests, ensuring Archer access, BKU Training, IRP support, etc.
Support the monthly Inventory Control reconciliation process for Markets, and other key regulatory deliverables, in support of the broader ESO and TPG responsibilities.
