Job Title: Senior Appian Developer/Architect
Location: Remote (100%)

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Appian Developer/Architect, spearheading transformative Federal and commercial projects. Leverage 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years dedicated to Appian, to architect robust solutions that meet scalability, performance, and usability benchmarks. Drive innovation, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices for elevated Appian application development.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Appian solutions.
• Architect and design Appian applications, including process models, data models, user interfaces, and integrations with external systems.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to Appian best practices and standards, promoting code quality, performance optimization, and security.
• Perform code reviews, test case reviews, deployment reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards in Appian application development.
• Provide mentoring to other developers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Stay up to date with the latest Appian releases, features, and industry trends, and evaluate their applicability to improve existing solutions.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience with 5+ years of Appian experience
• Experience in Appian, with a focus on scalability, performance, and usability
• Strong knowledge of Appian design patterns and best practices
• Expert in Appian development using SAIL code.
• In-depth understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
