Senior Application Programmer (Lead)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Application Programmer (Lead) for a long-term, fully remote position. In this role, you will design, code, and maintain web applications, optimize software performance, and mentor team members while working in a collaborative Agile environment. Responsibilities include developing and supporting new and existing applications, monitoring and improving software performance, providing training and technical knowledge transfer, and actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and design sessions. Additionally, you will assist with production support, contribute to special projects, and create and maintain technical documentation to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Mandatory Expertise and Experience:

• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, C#, and SQL Server (T-SQL).
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in application development.
• Desirable Expertise and Experience:
• Frontend development experience with VueJS and Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
