Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Active Directory-related issues.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Document support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of direct experience building and supporting Microsoft Active Directory in large enterprise environments.
  • 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft ADFS.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting various versions of Microsoft Server.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and methodology.
  • Strong working knowledge of DNS and WINS.
  • Experience working on security initiatives related to Active Directory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with additional IT systems and technologies is a plus
