Experience: Minimum of 14+ years

Responsibilities:

Utilize extensive Telecom knowledge in RAN, O-RAN, and RF Engineering to contribute to project objectives. 
Employ telecom RAN and RF planning tools such as Planet, Atoll (Forsk), Asset (ASSETCO), or iBwave to optimize network performance. 
Apply expertise in mobile technologies including 5G, LTE, and GSM to enhance network efficiency and reliability. 
Utilize deep knowledge of cloud and microservices technologies to architect scalable and resilient solutions. 
Collaborate with product managers to curate technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives. 
Leverage experience in SaaS products to drive innovation and enhance product offerings. 
Apply security best practices and associated tools to ensure the integrity of developed solutions. 
Demonstrate proficiency in .NET Core development to contribute to software projects effectively. 
Utilize programming languages such as C#, Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC), C++, and Python to develop robust applications. 
Implement and manage message queue systems, particularly Rabbit MQ, to facilitate communication between components. 
Integrate with mapping services such as GMaps, MapInfo, and Geo server to enhance location-based functionalities. 
Utilize open API and Soap API to enable seamless integration with external systems. 
Demonstrate proficiency in at least one cloud technology platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (Certification is a plus). 
Work proficiently in both Linux and Windows-based development environments. 
Apply expertise in database technologies like Postgres and Clickhouse to ensure efficient data management. 
Implement caching mechanisms and in-memory persistence solutions like Redis and Memcached to optimize performance. 
Utilize testing tools like Postman and Newman to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions. 
Deploy solutions in on-premises, hybrid, or cloud environments as per project requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. 
Certification in relevant technologies is a plus.
