Job Summary

" MUST HAVE Current experience with Assembler and CICS

" Should have expert knowledge in Mainframe Assembler, COBOL, CICS, MVS, JCL, VSAM, DB2, ISPF, Broadcom/CA Intertest (or some other debugging application)

" Should have good understanding of Mainframe technologies from development and implementation standpoint

" Should be able to understand the requirement better and come up with design and suitable prototypes

" Knowledge in BFS domain and Application Modernization is mandatory.

" Should have good communication, Precise verbal and written communication skills in English.

" Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively in English.

" Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels both internally and externally.

" Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot customer issues quickly and efficiently.

" Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.

" Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

" Understanding of customer support best practices and familiarity with customer support success metrics

Experience

6+ years hands on in assembler skills

8+ total experience

Required Skills: VSAM, Assembler, Mainframe Assembler, COBOL, CICS, MVS, JCL, VSAM, DB2, ISPF, Broadcom/CA Intertest (or some other debugging application)

Nice to have Skills: Java
