Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Arrange logistics for accommodation, transportation, and client visits/events.
- • Maintains various trackers.
- • Assists in lockers management.
- • Assists in site upkeep and maintenance.
- • Assists us in getting quotation – event/request by the team.
- • Creates Purchase Requests or Order slips for consumables and recurring requirements including inventory.
- • Monitoring of vending machine
- • Coordination with building admin re: building or facilities issues, permits etc.
- • Other ad-hoc tasks may be needed.
Qualifications:
Our Most successful candidates will have:
- Bachelors Degree.
- With at least 2 to 3 years related working experience in the same capacity.
- With excellent leadership skills.
- Demonstrative skills in using MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook).
- Willing to work in shifting schedules and extended hours (only if needed).
- Above average written and oral communication skills.
- Able to speak and understand English
