Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and processes using various automation tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
Implement best practices for automation development and ensure high-quality code standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated processes and systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, actively seeking opportunities to learn new tools and frameworks.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Document automation processes and maintain technical documentation for reference and training.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on automation methodologies.
Skills Must have
Proven experience in automation development with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar.
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Pega, Appian).
Basic experience with programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies (Pega, Appian, Salesforce, etc.).
Nice to have
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their automation capabilities.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Previous experience in a role focused on RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
Certifications in relevant technologies or automation tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
