Senior Automation Tester with GenAI/AI experience

This position primarily focuses on working inside Generative AI CoE, setting testing strategy, and providing best practices to Generative AI community under the strategic direction from CoE business and technology leaders. We are looking for a person who can lead and influence with hands-on skills to set the standard for GAI testing, validation and automation. The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable and striving for excellence.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in testing and testing automation with prior experience of setting standards and influence others. 
• Proven experience in testing NLP, AI systems, and models with deep understanding of GAI. Expert in Python with data/AIML libraries. 
• Advanced testing experience with API, SQL, and big data transformation is a must. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, distilling complex analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways for leadership and peers.
• Experience with DevOps process
• Experience of working in Agile setup within the financial services industry
