Senior Business Analyst – Payments

Very good experience in payments middleware

Experience in any of the payment engines like Dovetail, ACI-MTS, PEP+, GPP, TCS BANCS,  Finacle is a plus

Job Description

Delivery of end-to-end business requirements covering business processes, process workflows and upstream and downstream systems integrations (channels including web, mobile, payment engines and clearing network)

Serve as a subject matter expert for initiatives involving payments and cash management.

Work with business team to understand the business needs and translate business requirements into functional requirements, well defined user stories, workflows and define solutions

Work closely with development team in agile environment to refine, prioritize and support development, testing and release of the functionality.

Experience in working on banking applications and understand the payment initiation, authorization and payment processing flows.

Knowledge of ACH, FED payments, Wires, Zelle B2C,EFT, Real time payments, SWIFT and other system solutions

Experience in working with banking servicing products offered by FISERV / FIS

Understanding of Payment Hub solutions

Aware of all inflight processing including fraud, Risk, sanction screening of payment transactions.

Experience in any of the payment engines like Dovetail, ACI-MTS, PEP+, GPP, TCS BANCS,  Finacle is a plus

Knowledge in messaging formats such as NACHA, ISO20022 and MTxxx is a plus

Excellent written and oral communication  skills with the ability to communicate the ideas clearly to diverse business and technical audiences

Testing, including the creation of test scenarios, test data and participating in UAT to validate the requirements.
