Role Title:

*Business Analysis Specialist*

*Role Accountabilities*

• Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Identify and document specific

requirements, considering inputs from business stakeholders.

• Analyse and prioritize requirements to align with organisational goals and

compliance standards.

• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders involved

• Foster strong relationships to facilitate effective communication and

collaboration throughout the contract management process.

• Process Modelling and Improvement : Analyse existing processes to identify areas

for enhancement.

• Develop process models and workflows to illustrate the current and desired

states.

• Recommend and implement improvements to streamline and optimize function.

• Data Analysis : Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimisation.

• Telecom domain knowledge including experience across one or more of

Connectivity, Overlay and Cloud, Voice and Collaboration, Security products

• Understanding of TMF ODA, Open APIs

• Experience in articulating/implementing a strategic vision and translating into

practical action and execution.

• Strong experience of delivering large scale transformational business change

through technology and leading industry best practice methodology.

• Experience of working across a wide range of internal and external technology

suppliers to align plans and deliver business outcomes

• Large scale leadership of indirect team/cross functional teams or programs

with proven deliverables.

• Experience in integrating teams, methods, and cultures
