Senior Business Analyst (Health Care)

Job Description

  •  including data analysis, statistics, and quantitative study design.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, database design, access, and management.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related to multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, etc).
  • Experience working with CRM data systems like Salesforce, Veeva, etc.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and Microsoft business intelligence tools (e.g., SSIS, SSAS, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, Spotfire).
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with other cross-functional business partners.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities and respond to changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a broad team.
