Description

Role requires strong technology understanding, ability to distill thoughts and laying starting

points grounding tech disruption and impacts.

 

  • Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional

     

requirements, including security, usability, data, and supportability considerations.

 

  • Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility,

     

opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options.

 

  • Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current

     

value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.

 

  • Create clear documentation to communicate requirements and related information; keep

     

updated to align with the solution over the project lifecycle.

 

  • Understand and stay abreast of relevant architectures and technologies related to a

     

business area. Research potential solutions and innovative ideas. Guide and manage

interactions with technology vendors.

 

  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary

     

guidance to testers during QA process

 

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns

     

and conceptualizing processes

 

  • Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders

     

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 8+ years related experience.
  • A passion for Technology, Innovation, and experimentation
  • Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation
  • Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day

     

operational requests from the business

 

  • Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.
  • Experience with data analysis, data visualization, data modeling
  • Ability to design capability strategy and execute
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to organize and plan independently.
  • Strong communication, influencing and people skills.
