Job Title: IT Business Analyst
Minimum Qualifications:
Requirements:
Familiarity with Scrum methodology, having acted as a Scrum Master for at least 20% of your time.
Proven ability to run scrum ceremonies and effectively drive the development team.
Experience running daily ceremonies, identifying impediments, and following up with different teams to ensure timely resolution.
Demonstrated ability to set the pace for the team and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Proficient in using Agile project tracking tools, such as ADO, to manage and track project progress.
Extensive experience in Agile methodologies, with at least 6 years of IT Business Analyst experience and 4+ years working in an Agile environment.
Previous experience working on application development teams and understanding the complexities of such projects.
Strong skills in gathering and writing complex requirements, user story development, and backlog management.
Ability to solve problems independently and proactively, without needing constant direction.
Flexibility to meet with customers (end-users) and understand the TechOps space in-depth.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10-15% of the time.
