Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record of supporting Python-based projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering clear, actionable solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to present complex business problems and solutions, and experience working in Python-related projects. The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in driving successful project outcomes and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Documentation:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives for Python-related projects.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and documentation.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive business cases, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Present business problems, solutions, and progress to clients and senior management.
• Coordinate and maintain communication between different teams and business units.

Project Support & Implementation:

• Support Python-related project development through the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work on optimizing business solutions.
• Conduct regular check-ins with the client and project teams to ensure that project milestones are met and issues are promptly addressed.

Solution Design & Improvement:

• Assist in the design and enhancement of business solutions, ensuring that they align with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance on technical aspects related to Python projects, helping bridge gaps between business and technical teams.
• Continuously analyze business processes and recommend improvements or automation solutions.

Required Skills:

Business Analysis Expertise:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Python-related projects.
• Proficiency in creating detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ability to understand and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.

Python Project Experience:

• Prior experience in supporting Python-based projects, understanding Python development, and how it integrates with business requirements.
• Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Stakeholder Communication & Presentation:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to lead discussions, presentations, and workshops.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to articulate business problems and solutions clearly.

Project Management & Agile Methodology:

• Experience working in Agile environments, with an understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to support project management tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Tools & Techniques:

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite for documentation, and presentations.
• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and modeling tools is a plus.

Client Interaction & Business Documentation:

• Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders, documenting their needs and translating them into actionable business solutions.
• Experience in business process modeling and analysis.
