Senior Business Analyst

You'll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

1. Gather Data Governance, Data Quality Rules, Profiling requirements from JAD sessions with business users.
2. Identify and assess the impact of potential data quality issues on the company’s reporting and operational processes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement data governance and data management practices.
4. Work closely with business users, subject matter experts to understand and document functional and non-functional requirements for various use cases.
5. Analyse and interpret data sources, map source to target information, ensuring accuracy and relevance of data.
6. Review and analyse data and data models including reports to augment the requirement for use cases with technical information for facilitating development and data modelling activities.
7. Design and develop Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and OOD to represent the requirements to communicate the information effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional team members and management via meetings and presentations.
9. Write data analysis SQL queries to profile and document metadata to analyse data and augment key inputs required.
10. Play key role in the Planning, User Acceptance Testing, and Implementation of system enhancements and conversions.
11. Develop strategic partnerships with the business units to develop a solid knowledge base of the business line including the business plan, products, process, and revenue streams.
12. Develop business requirement specification documents as well as high-level project plan.

You'll have (Qualification & Experience):

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL and Database Management.
• Should have experience in SAP S4 HANA, ECC.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with strong knowledge of best practices in data governance and data management.
• Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and SAP Analytics Cloud for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
