Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be focused on gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple sources. Scope of work will include working with various stakeholders across IT and Finance to deliver data sets, models, and visualizations. Data will be your strategic asset, using it to anticipate questions and needs of multiple stakeholders.

You will be a key business partner to many leaders across multiple cross-functional teams, leveraging your technical expertise with data to partner with and enable finance professionals to solve business problems using data. You will also manage ambiguity and iterate on conversations with leaders to reach a tangible business objective, ensuring that stakeholder requirements are received, understood, and validated.

Qualifications:

Highly proficient in data visualization, leveraging Power BI to develop data models and dashboards to tell a story to senior leaders.

Highly proficient in Extract-Transform-Load processes (ETL), leveraging Power Query to join, clean, and normalize disparate data sets.

Demonstrated success managing ambiguity and leveraging data to produce analytics and insights for stakeholders.

Skilled in working with large and diverse datasets to resolve data-centric problems with significant scope and complexity.

Highly collaborative problem solver, ensuring key stakeholders are involved in reaching business outcomes.

Strong critical thinker with demonstrated ability to analyze challenges and develop thoughtful recommendations.

Ability to define requirements to reach an MVP that can be iterated quickly.

Ability to document processes and write clear, structured business requirements along with outcomes.

Strong organization skills, you are a driver, self-directed, and focused on delivering tangible value to the business.

Highly authentic, respectful, and engaging. You’ve facilitated effective meetings, ranging in size with diverse audiences.
