Senior Business Data Analyst

Overview : 
The Customer Success (CS) Data and Analytics team has an exciting opportunity to tackle some of the hardest problems in developing a virtual expert platform using analytics. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Data Analyst who is a data-driven individual with excellent analytical skills, agile mindset, and a passion for delivering high impact insights. We are building the analytics that drive the platform we use to onboard, manage and utilize our tax and accounting professionals. This role will partner closely with several Product managers and Operations managers to produce analytics, insights, and reporting to support these needs. This role is expected to understand the business and draw from that knowledge to produce data-driven output to help multiple organizations leverage a powerful expert platform for customer success.
