Job Responsibilities as a Senior Business Development Manager (US Staffing): -

 

  • Responsible for complete sales cycle from qualifying a prospect to collections.
  • Talking to the supplier diversity, sourcing, and procurement folks of the targeted firms to understand their staffing program and to get the upcoming RFP/RFI/RFQ’s
  • Experience in handling RFQ/RFI/RFP
  • Involved in Market Research, Cold Calling, Lead generation activities.
  • Planning & implementing sales promotional strategies, participating in international seminars (Online/ web) for business development.
  • Talking with Key decision-makers about our staffing expertise.
  • Follow up with the targeted companies until we close the deal.
  • Experience becoming a tier- 1 staffing vendor to Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Good understanding of MSP (Managed Service Provider) business
  • Good understanding of VMS (Vendor Managed Systems) business
  • The understanding procurement process for staffing for all client

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Must have recruiting industry experience,
  • Preferred sales experience - recruitment services, staffing services, temp services.
  • Competitive/performance-oriented individual who is driven to achieve goals.
  • High energy and always looking to improve.
  • Self-starter who acts without being instructed
  • Strong interpersonal skills in influencing decision-makers.
  • Persistence and superb follow up.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • CRM knowledge a plus
  • We need a candidate who have worked in the business development role for generating new business for staff augmentation services.
  • Actively involved in business planning and executing the plan in the US Market and analyzing the assessment of revenue potentials.
  • Develop an extensive network of business partners in the US.
