Below is a list of the background we would like our Senior Business Development Representative to have:
1. An Engineering or master’s degree from a reputed university
2. Around 8+ Years of Sales Experience
3. Computer proficiency (G-Suite, Microsoft Office)
4. Excellent written skills and naturally articulate
5. Ability to understand customer requirements and identify how Infrrd can solve them.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. You have a “can do” attitude and are relentless in pursuing goals and solving problems. Strong determination and tenacity are a must
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time effectively
8. You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
9. Previous business development experience, including proven success in meeting monthly targets is a plus.
10. Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other related tools is a plus.
11. Experience in EU region insurance and accounts payable or finance sector is a plus

12. Experience in cold calling
13. Experience in pitching of insurance, accounting and mortgage clients.


As a Senior Business Development Representative at Infrrd, your job responsibilities will include:
1. Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Infrrd Sales pipeline through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
2. Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted customer profiles, contacts, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
3. Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in target accounts to understand business requirements and product fit.
4. Research and build new and existing accounts in the Insurance and Accounts Payable sectors (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails and qualifying opportunities into the Sales Teams pipeline)
5. Work with marketing on executing campaigns and attending trade shows/conferences.
6. Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
