Description

Must Have Skills:
• 5-8 Years experience as BSA writing Business/Technical requirements.
• Salesforce Admin. Certified with strong Salesforce experience.
• Basic OmniStudio Knowledge
• STM – Data Mapping Experience
• Integration of Salesforce with other disparate systems (Able to figure out the scenarios of paths)
• Knowledge of Visio, ARIS or similar process mapping tool

Desired Skills:
• Basic MuleSoft Knowledge
• Experience writing SQL Query
• Banking Experience – Sales cloud, service cloud, Marketing cloud,
• Strong knowledge on Agile Model - Jira and Confluence
