Job Description ::

Need Senior candidate for this position

Administer the build-out and support of DB2 LUW databases.

Perform capacity planning, cluster setup, performance tuning, and monitoring.

Configures and maintains security for databases and focuses on automation to streamline tasks and manage the environments.

Do performance tuning, problem diagnosis, and resolution, and participate in multi-discipline triage of enterprise-wide incidents.

Administers and troubleshoots ETL Processes for decision support stores and Data warehouses.

Participates in 24x7 production on-call rotation and provides support for production issues.

Identifies and initiates resolutions to user problems/concerns associated with DB2 LUW functionality.

Qualifications

Must have 8+ years of experience working in the US

Must have 4 years plus of recent (Within the last 4 years) Banking or Brokerage experience

Must have a Valid IBM DBA/DB2 LUW certification

Must have Extensive experience with DB2 LUW Version 9.7, 10.5.

Must have extensive HADR/Q-Replication experience
