**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Senior Conga CLM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional and technical designs for the Apttus/Conga CLM platform, troubleshooting system issues, and leading key development tasks. This is a remote, full-time position offering competitive benefits.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze and convert business requirements into technical designs for the Apttus/Conga CLM platform.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Apttus/Conga CLM configurations and workflows.

- Configure and customize the Apttus/Conga CLM platform to meet business needs.

- Develop and implement testing, documentation, and training processes.

- Provide operational support, address enhancements and bug fixes, and mentor junior developers on the Apttus/Conga CLM platform.

- Integrate through Apttus (Conga) CPQ APIs and work on X-Author.

- Offer end-user support and technical troubleshooting for bug fixes and queries.

- Review the work of junior developers and provide feedback for improvement.

- Lead technical efforts across the project lifecycle, from story point estimation to design, build, testing, and deployment using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Conduct technical fit/gap analysis on the Apttus/Conga platform for new initiatives.

- Define and enforce coding standards, guiding team members to ensure compliance.

- Participate in DevOps and automation projects.

- Plan and execute release deployment activities in collaboration with the Release Management team.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 7+ years of software development experience.

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Apttus/Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) development and implementation.

- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to business users effectively.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Certifications in Conga/CLM (a strong plus).

- Experience working with Salesforce.
