• Adobe XD Required 1 Years.

• Pega Platform Desired 1 Years.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external groups Required 4 Years.

• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study Required 4 Years.

• Overall technical and IT experience Required 5 Years.

• Experience designing and documenting User Interface and User Experience Required 4 Years.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Solid understanding of user experience design

• Sold understanding of front-end code such as HTML and CSS

• Fluent in user-centered design best practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Empathy (Must be able to understand or feel what people are experiencing from their frame of reference)

• Should have extensive knowledge of the following Adobe products: XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver

• Should have extensive knowledge of web development including HTML5 and CSS3

• Knowledge of the Pega platform is desirable

• Knowledge of state court systems is desirable

Responsibilities:

Resource will require the skills to perform the following job duties (plus other related duties as assigned)

• Planning and conducting user research.

• Interpreting data and qualitative feedback

• Creating user stories, personas and storyboards

• Determining information architecture and creating sitemaps

• Creating prototypes and wireframes

• Conducting usability testing

 

Note: Candidate will have the opportunity to work with a Pega UI/UX consultant and have opportunity to learn about Pega UI/UX.
