About the role:
As a Senior Content and Systems Manager - Partner Enablement, you play a key role in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our cybersecurity training content and learning management systems for SentinelOne’s partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Global Partner Enablement Director, you work hand in hand with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) such as Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), Project Managers (PMs), Sales Leaders, and Solutions Engineers (SEs), to maintain partner educational resources at the forefront of innovation and expertise. Your role is instrumental in ensuring that our audience has seamless access to cutting-edge information, all while driving operational excellence.
What will you do?
Content Development and Management:
- Spearhead the creation and updates of diverse training materials for our different partner types and roles, from engaging eLearning courses through enablement assets to informative Just-in-Time video tutorials
- Manage the entire lifecycle of content, from inception and production to deployment and continuous enhancement
- Develop and maintain brand voice and style guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business goals
Systems Administration:
- Maintain the integrity and usability of Partner University (Learning Management System/LMS) to provide a seamless user experience
- Create and maintain the Content Management System (CMS) to uphold meticulous organization and adherence to industry best practices
- Generate insightful reports on content utilization, learner engagement, and system performance metrics
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Develop and implement content strategy across multiple channels
- Conduct meticulous reviews and audits to uphold the quality of both content and system functionalities
- Establish and disseminate protocols for maintaining content/system hygiene to sustain exceptional quality standards
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategy, conduct research and analysis to inform content decisions
Innovation and Improvement:
- Keep up with cutting-edge eLearning technologies and trends to drive innovation in our partner training and enablement programs
- Recommend and champion initiatives that leverage new technologies and methodologies to elevate learning experiences and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to explore innovative approaches that enhance learning outcomes, incorporating real-world examples and organized lists to illustrate complex concepts effectively
- Proactively seek opportunities to integrate the latest digital learning trends and technologies into our partner enablement strategies
What skills and experience should you bring?
- Possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles in addition to:
- 5+ years of experience in content development, systems management, or related fields, ideally within the realm of cybersecurity
- Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, and eLearning development tools
- Proficient in utilizing eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, as well as multimedia editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Camtasia
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Showcase a keen understanding of the latest digital learning trends and technologies, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a relentless commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and the ability to work autonomously
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically
- Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort
Above And Beyond
- Background in cybersecurity
- Experience building skills mapping and certifications a plus
- Other applicable vendor-specific certifications in the endpoint security space

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some
locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$156,000—$215,000 USD
