Qualifications:

- A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in algorithm development for CT medical imaging applications.
- Strong understanding of CT and other medical imaging modalities.
- Proficiency in Matlab, C, and C++ coding.
- Expertise in signal processing and image enhancement.
- In-depth knowledge of biomedical engineering and applications in the medical field.
- Experience in computer vision and machine learning, with a commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of publications and patents in the field of medical imaging.
- Practical and theoretical understanding of Monte Carlo simulations and Python programming.
- Strong statistical and mathematical background.
- Expertise in mathematical modeling of image reconstruction.
- Advanced programming skills for algorithm development.
- A profound understanding of physics and nuclear physics, with preference given to candidates with majors in physics or nuclear engineering.
- Additional skills such as LaTeX, CT Physics, CUDA, GPU, image quality assessment, optimization, statistical signal processing, system design, Monte Carlo simulation, numerical analysis, and particle physics are highly desirable.
