Description

Responsibilities

  • Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security
  • Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint

Role and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the gatekeeper for deploying workflows on the Analytics server environment and ensuring all workflows are up to company standards
  • Monitor business processes related to access controls and infrastructure performance within the Analytics environment
  • Assist with communicating and implementing privacy policies and procedures defined by the Data Governance team
  • Drive operational efficiency by maintaining SharePoint, which hosts templates, guides, operational procedures, and policies relating to workflow deployment and best practices
  • Support internal Analytics business needs as needed
  • Provide Analytics environment support (Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert-level Tableau server of Tableau desktop experience required
  • Experience with Snowflake required
  • Intermediate SQL experience required
  • Jira Project experience required
  • Experience with enterprise warehouse practices and concepts required
  • Experience with Alteryx Platform 
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure 
  • Experience with workflow development 
  • Experience supporting/working in enterprise Analytics environments 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail  
  • Ability to work with geographically distributed teams  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Information Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
