Description

Data Analyst will be part of and will be responsible for Analytics & BI solutions for service contracts and service planning. DA need to manage multiple solutions across various technologies within the team's scope. In the service contracts area, DA need to handle data and reports to track and analyze service agreements. In the service planning area, they oversee service plans for customers. In addition to this DA need to have strong Business Analysis skills where they involve in requirement gathering and will be major bridge between the core technical team and the business.

Business Analysis Skills: The ability to gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, understand business processes, and translate them into actionable project specifications.

Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns, and drawing meaningful insights to support decision-making.

Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of the service contracts and service planning domain in which the project is being implemented

Technical Knowledge: Strong with SQL, Power BI and addition to this basic of Azure Data Bricks is added advantage.

Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics: Experience in working on Business Intelligence or Advanced Analytics projects, including data visualization, reporting, and predictive analytics.

Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Data Engineers and Data Scientists. Collaboration skills are also important for working in cross-functional teams.

Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: The ability to identify and analyze complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and think critically to evaluate different options.

Adaptability and Continuous Learning: A willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and learn new technologies and methodologies as needed. Being flexible and adaptable to different work practices, time zones, and business customs prevalent in international settings.

Cultural Awareness: Understanding and appreciating cultural differences, as well as being sensitive to diverse perspectives and communication styles.
