Description:  Builds, maintains, updates non-clinical department dashboard and reports from leaders to operational users.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and consolidate existing reports/dashboards into Power Bi with displaying Key Insights, KPIs for different views for leaders to daily issues of imputes.
  • Keep current dashboards updated with new reports for retention team - weekly/monthly refreshes
  • Send daily securely to partner/vendors as appropriate
  • Update mailer data for marketing/retention communications to patients
