Senior Data Analyst

**Position Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling. You will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making processes, developing insights from complex data sets, and supporting strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources.
- Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Provide actionable insights through data visualization and reporting.
- Design and implement databases and data collection systems.
- Perform data validation and ensure data integrity and quality.
- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to uncover trends and patterns.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and big data.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
