Senior Data Manager - MDM

Job Title: Senior Data Manager - MDM Location: Remote Duration: 12+months

Job Description:
This Sr. MDM Manager is being hired as a Lead on our clients Stewardship Team. They’ll act as second point of contract for all IT operational support needs and will require experience working within SQL and prior experience within UAT as it relates to data stewardship.

Responsibilities:
Act as a second POC for IT on all operational support issues/tickets/escalations
Lead UAT of master data sourcing and services strategies with support from client Sponsor
Act as an IQVIA SME and Consultant of client operational support
Act as a SME for OMNI MDM tool optimization
Lead SNOW ticketing management and resolution with support from client Sponsor
Support all data investigations both UI and backend
SME for Stewardship data analysis
Monitors and escalate daily DQ issues/rejects to client Sponsor
Act as a backup for client Operations Manager for daily operational tasks
Product (DB support)

Qualifications/Must Haves:
Reltio
5+years of experience within MDM (Master Data Management)
Strong SQL experience and technical background within SDLC
Exposure to/Familiarity with cloud technologies – AWS/Azure
Experience with Databricks
Previous supervision/Lead experience in matrixed environment
Ideally coming from a biomedical/pharma background.
