💼 Desired Skills:
- 12+ years of IT experience, with over 8 years in Database Administration.
- Proficiency in SQL Server applications, including SSIS and SSRS.
- Expertise in migrating databases to new SQL Server versions.
- Extensive experience in maintaining MSSQL databases (2008 to 2022).
- Familiarity with Oracle and other database platforms.
- Strong proficiency in ETL processes for efficient data management.
- Knowledge of Azure SQL Database and Managed Instances.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to mentor IT staff and contribute to innovative database design.
- Skilled in assessing and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
