Responsibilities: -
Ø Provide oversight and direction to Project Managers, project teams and teaming partners/subcontractors.
Ø Manages and leads key programs involving multiple functions and program teams to drive the development process for multiple products or solution offerings.
Ø Directs the development of overall program strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements.
Ø Manages activities of supporting program teams and internal and external development partners; ensures alignment with strategy.
Ø Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with business unit management and manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvement and manage program costs.
Ø Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities.
Ø Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.
Ø SME knowledge of Retail and supply chain domain
Ø Build high performing global delivery teams and lead internal network of leaders to deliver high quality services and secure repeat business
Ø Establish effective management processes to ensure high quality delivery, client service and strong client relationships
Ø Resolve difficult issues involving significant scope, schedule and or financial impact.
Ø Strong experience with the global service delivery model
Ø Understanding and thought leadership in technology, services and business trends and their direct and indirect impacts on the outcomes for retail and consumer Good companies
Ø Candidates must have a proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels.
Ø They must be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders, and must be persuasive and influential
